Terms & Conditions

Completing a registration form, making a payment, or attending a session constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. These terms apply from the date your enrollment is confirmed.

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to do so and that they also agree to be bound by these terms.

Sommay Panya provides in-person financial education workshops designed for adults, particularly those approaching or in their post-40 life stages. Programs are offered in Bangkok, Thailand, and may occasionally be arranged in alternative formats by prior agreement.

Current program offerings include:

• Receipt Organization System — 1 evening session (฿2,900)
• ETF Orientation for Thai Investors — 3 half-day sessions (฿8,000)
• Full Life Financial Narrative — 6 sessions over one month (฿14,600)

Program content, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change. Any changes affecting an enrolled participant will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify programs with reasonable notice.

Enrollment is complete upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment and written confirmation from Sommay Panya. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our reasonable discretion.

Enrollment in any program does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or the attainment of any financial goal. Our programs are educational in nature and are designed to support informed thinking — not to provide personalised financial advice.

Program places are limited to maintain a quality learning environment. Early registration is encouraged to secure your preferred dates.

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and with respectful conduct toward facilitators and fellow participants.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce session content without written permission.
• Treat all shared personal financial information from other participants with strict confidentiality.
• Not use our Content for commercial purposes, redistribution, or resale.
• Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled session.

We ask that all participants foster a supportive, respectful atmosphere. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from a session without refund.

All Content — including but not limited to worksheets, written financial narratives, frameworks, diagrams, and presentation materials — is the intellectual property of Sommay Panya unless otherwise stated.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own private, non-commercial learning purposes. This licence does not permit sharing, selling, publishing, or adapting our materials without our written consent.

Your personalised financial narrative (where included in your program) remains your personal property. We retain no rights to use it without your explicit permission.

All program fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is due in full prior to the first session unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Prices displayed on our website or promotional materials are subject to change without notice until your enrollment is confirmed.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your enrollment. We will attempt to contact you before taking such action.

Cancellation by Participant:

• More than 14 days before the first session: full refund, less any administrative fee of ฿300.
• 7–14 days before the first session: 50% refund of the program fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund. You may request to transfer your place to a future program, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Sommay Panya:

If we need to cancel a program due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to an alternative date. We will not be liable for any additional costs (such as travel) incurred as a result of our cancellation.

Missed Sessions:

We understand that life events arise. If you miss a session within a multi-session program, we will do our best to provide summary notes. No partial refunds are provided for missed individual sessions.

Either party may end their participation in an ongoing program with written notice. Refund entitlement upon termination is subject to the schedule in Section 8.

We may terminate your enrollment without notice if your conduct is found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or in material breach of these terms. In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive the termination of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a disagreement, we ask that you first contact us at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with applicable Thai law.
